Lake Macquarie Coastal Home Window Cleaning – Central Coast NSW
WINDOW CLEANING 100% PURE WATER IDEAL FOR BEACHFRONT & WATERFRONT PROPERTIES
Why do the windows of my coastal home require so much cleaning? The basic reason that coastal homes get so dirty is because there is nothing shielding them from the Pacific Ocean. And the natural cooling effect of the cold Pacific water creates on-shore winds most afternoons, so there is a steady current of wind-blown debris coming inland every day bringing with it salty moist air which sticks and creates a haze on glass windows and balustrades and corrodes fly screens and aluminium frames.
It doesn’t take long for windows and glass balustrades to get dirty from the pollution in the air and salt spray. Considering that your windows are a huge investment, it pays to get a professional in to keep them clean. Xtreme Exterior Cleaning can improve the appearance of your Lake Macquarie residence, inside and out. However, finding the time to clean your windows can be difficult to fit in a busy week.
Xtreme Exterior Cleaning can help with a range of window cleaning options to suit your home and budget. Whatever services you require, we’ll go out of our way to get your home done quickly, efficiently and with minimal disturbance to your home and schedule.
WHAT WE DO?
We clean windows of various sized home and office buildings. By using the innovative carbon fibre extension poles we can reach every window on your beachfront or lakefront property.
HOW PURE WATER WORKS?
Without pure water, regular tap water would leave spots and smears on the glass. Pure water, on the other hand, leaves the glass completely spotless. The water purifying system involves four stages:
Carbon Sediment Filter – removes dirt, other particles and chlorine.
Water Softener Filter – converts calcium and magnesium ions to sodium ions.
Reverse Osmosis – removes the majority of dissolved solids and discards them in waste water.
De-ionisation – removes any impurities.
The water fed pole reaches 6 storeys high.
The poles we use are made with the latest technology in carbon fibre. This means they are very light weight, yet very strong – allowing for accurate work at full extension. The pole extends out in sections, so cleaning windows 6 storeys high is just as possible as cleaning windows at ground level.
